How bad does Abramovich want to win the Champion's League?

Today Chelsea officially unveiled Carlo Ancelotti as the new manager for the 09/10 season.  A great catch without a doubt, as the former Milan manager comes with two previous Champion's League titles under his belt.

After a string of top notch managers, has Abramovich finally found the one that will bring him the European trophy? He certainly has the competition experience to do so.
